Carolinians since 1984. Their CarolinaADVANTAGE plan offers
quality health coverage for businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
This plan is an open access point of service plan. Members
can visit any doctor they choose, without getting a referral
from a primary care physician. Members can stay within our
network or seek medical care outside the network. If they
use professionals within the network, they'll typically receive
higher benefits.
