Helen joined The Cason Group in 2026. She provides support to advisors to be appropriately contracted and appointed with life insurance carriers through The Cason Group and resolves commission issues on placed cases.

Juana, a graduate of Central Carolina Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She plays a key role in helping our Financial Services team run smoothly and efficiently by assisting with servicing in-force policies, coordinating advisor appointments, and supporting a variety of day-to-day tasks that keep the department moving forward.

Dawn joined The Cason Group in 2023. She is responsible for the growth and development of the Operations Support team.

Marquesa, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2022. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the contracting, commissions, and policy service team members.
