Juana, a graduate of Central Carolina Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She plays a key role in helping our Financial Services team run smoothly and efficiently by assisting with servicing in-force policies, coordinating advisor appointments, and supporting a variety of day-to-day tasks that keep the department moving forward.

Parker, a graduate of Clemson University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, he is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

Caroline, a graduate of NC State University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves as the annuity expert to both internal and external constituents and collaborates with our Regional Consultants to illustrate and present the appropriate annuity solution based on our multi-carrier annuity platform and on the client’s needs.

Noah, a graduate of Samford University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, Noah is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

G attended Morehouse College and joined The Cason Group in 2024. He provides product selection and case design support for TCG Regional Consultants by illustrating and explaining advanced sales concepts, training and equipping the sales team with updated industry information, and working to provide a high level of expertise to our Private Client Group advisors.

Kristie, a graduate of Central Michigan University, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She provides application installation and administrative support to the new business process. Kristie contributes to the success of the Financial Services Operations team by providing accurate and dependable internal support so we can be the best at advisor experience.

Matthew, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, joined The Cason Group in 2024. He leads and is responsible for the growth and development of the Case Design team. He also serves as a product resource for our sales team, our advisors and our operations staff.

Dawn joined The Cason Group in 2023. She is responsible for the growth and development of the Operations Support team.
