Madie, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2023. She is responsible for assisting and coordinating the workflow of Case Managers, the training of new and current case managers, and delivering an excellent advisor experience while managing cases.

Bethany, a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, joined The Cason Group in 2023. She serves brokers and group administrators though the set up and completion of open enrollment on our benefit administration platforms.

Joey Edwards, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2023. He sets up the benefit enrollment system for new and inforce groups.

Sandra, a graduate of UNC Charlotte, joined The Cason Group in 2023. She manages Account Service and Licensing Representatives, as well as coordinates and oversees workflow.

Dalton, a graduate of The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2023. He assists agents with licensing, appointment, and commissions inquiries.

Jillian, a graduate of The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2023. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic quality assurance processes for data input, ensuring data integrity, and enabling informed decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

Samantha, a graduate of The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2023. She assists with quoting and spreadsheeting services, provides consultative sales support on products and services, and is responsible for the retention of groups.

Hunter, a graduate of The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, joined The Cason Group in 2023. He sets up and manages file feeds set up on our benefit enrollment systems.

Luke, a graduate of The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2023. He works with insurance advisors and carriers to resolve service issues on inforce groups.
