Riley, a graduate of The University of Georgia, joined The Cason Group in 2022. She works alongside of our clients to schedule and coordinate employee group benefit enrollments and serves as a single point of contact for clients utilizing our Benefits Education Team.

Meredith, a graduate of the University South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She manages the operational activities of the Benefit Systems Client Relationship Team.

Paige, a graduate of The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She is responsible for configuring benefits administration systems for Open Enrollment. She serves as the dedicated Implementation Specialist for Client Relationship Managers and their clients with a focus on large group and complex cases.

Keightly, a University of Tennessee graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She works alongside of our clients to schedule and coordinate employee group benefit enrollments and serves as a single point of contact for clients utilizing our Benefits Education Team.

Katie, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She is responsible for managing The Cason Group’s team of Benefits Counselors which includes the coordination of scheduling and logistics to ensure proper enrollment planning and staff.

Kelly, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She serves brokers and group administrators through the implementation of open enrollment and assists with service needs on our benefit administration platforms throughout the year.

Sally, a University of Texas at San Antonio graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She manages and oversees the duties of the New Business Submissions team and Marketing, including quoting and case implementation.

Ellis, a graduate of Anderson University, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She serves clients by providing assistance on our benefit administration platforms through out the year. She supports group administrators and brokers with the resources that the technology platforms offer.

Jermani, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2021. She sets up and manages file feeds set up on our benefit enrollment systems.

He supervises the operational activities of the Benefit Systems Implementation and Service Team, and is responsible for coordinating and delegating workflow for Implementation Specialists and Client Support Specialists and for ensuring accuracy of group Implementation and Support on all benefit administration systems.
