Jillian, a graduate from Anderson University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She is provides service and support by ensuring the successful completion of ICHRA enrollment applications, as well as providing service solutions regarding submissions, payments, and other post-enrollment needs.

Susan joined The Cason Group in 2024. She is responsible for product consultation, enrollment, service and quoting of client-direct products.

Kyle, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2022. He coordinates with IM Sales Reps to effectively onboard new agents and works directly with advisors and insurance carriers to aid IM Sales Reps in solidifying our value proposition and facilitating a seamless experience during contracting and transfer.
