Joël, a graduate of the University of Mary Washington, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He is responsible for maintaining and delegating the workflow for admin personnel and assisting the New Business Department to process cases, as well as tracking and entering commissions payments.

Olivia, a graduate from The University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves clients by providing assistance on our benefit administration platforms through out the year. She supports group administrators and brokers with the resources that the technology platforms offer.

Juana, a graduate of Central Carolina Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She plays a key role in helping our Financial Services team run smoothly and efficiently by assisting with servicing in-force policies, coordinating advisor appointments, and supporting a variety of day-to-day tasks that keep the department moving forward.

Joshua, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He assists with quoting and spreadsheeting services, provides consultative sales support on products and services, and is responsible for the retention of groups.

Kristyle joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves brokers and group administrators through the set up and completion of open enrollment on our benefit administration platforms.

Julie, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She works with carrier partners and internal team members to help ensure a smooth and effective quoting and renewal process for prospective and insured groups.

Jonathan, a graduate of Central Carolina Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He works with carrier partners and internal team members to help ensure a smooth and effective quoting and renewal process for prospective and insured groups.

Hayden, a graduate from The Citadel, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He provides service and support by ensuring the successful completion of ICHRA enrollment applications, as well as providing service solutions regarding submissions, payments, and other post-enrollment needs.

Chris joined The Cason Group in 2025. He assists with product consultations, quoting, enrollment, and service of client-direct products.

Savannah, a graduate of Columbia International University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She works with insurance advisors and carriers to resolve service issues on inforce groups.
