Patrick, a graduate of Clemson University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He is responsible for examining and analyzing revenue data for purposes of identifying, reconciling, and generating detailed reports.

Anna, a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She serves brokers and group administrators through the set up and completion of open enrollment on our benefit administration platforms.

Amber joined The Cason Group in 2025. She assists and supports Business Operations and Accounts Payable departments.

Taylor, a University of Alabama Birmingham graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2024. He works with advisors selling individual life and individual disability insurance products.

Michaal joined The Cason Group in 2024. He processes individual medical applications, answers underwriting questions and provides status to advisors for both Over- and Under-65 products.

Makayla, a graduate of Grand Canyon University, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She is responsible for processing and reporting on quality assurance for enrollments processed on our benefit systems.

Kelli, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She assists the Business Operations team with duties including data entry, payment calculations and office support.

Ben, a graduate of Wofford College, joined The Cason Group in 2024. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, Ben is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

Mary Caroline, a graduate of Erskine College, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She supports the Business Operations area with duties including data entry and bookkeeping.

Sarah, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She works with insurance advisors and carriers to resolve service issues on inforce groups.
