John, a graduate of the University of Georgia, joined The Cason Group in 2024. He assists with quoting and spreadsheeting services, provides consultative sales support on products and services, and is responsible for the retention of groups.

Emma attended Midlands Technical College and joined The Cason Group in 2024. She works with insurance advisors and carriers to resolve service issues on inforce groups.

Tisheekia, a University of Phoenix graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She conducts employee group benefit enrollments.

Samaya, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She works with insurance advisors and carriers to resolve service issues on inforce groups.

Ella, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She works alongside of our clients to schedule and coordinate employee group benefit enrollments and serves as a single point of contact for clients utilizing our Benefits Education Team.

Jessica, a graduate of Midland’s Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She is responsible for maintaining and delegating the workflow for admin personnel and assisting the New Business Department to process cases, as well as tracking and entering commissions payments.

Andrew, a graduate of Anderson University, joined The Cason Group in 2024. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, Andrew is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

Matthew, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, joined The Cason Group in 2024. He leads and is responsible for the growth and development of the Case Design team. He also serves as a product resource for our sales team, our advisors and our operations staff.

Ethan, a graduate of Clemson University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies, as well as directing and overseeing all financial activities of the corporation.

Rachel, a graduate of Piedmont International University, joined The Cason Group in 2024. She serves clients by providing assistance on our benefit administration platforms through out the year. She supports group administrators and brokers with the resources that the technology platforms offer.
