Hayden, a graduate from The Citadel, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He provides service and support by ensuring the successful completion of ICHRA enrollment applications, as well as providing service solutions regarding submissions, payments, and other post-enrollment needs.

Chris joined The Cason Group in 2025. He assists with product consultations, quoting, enrollment, and service of client-direct products.

Benjamin, a Clemson University graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He leads the sales efforts of The Cason Group’s Individual Medical division.

Adam,  a graduate of Liberty University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He is responsible for individual medical marketing activities including direct contact via phone and in person, as well as product consultation, quoting, and enrollment of client-direct products.

Susan joined The Cason Group in 2024. She is responsible for driving the activities and coordinating the workflow of the Healthreach Enrollment Consultants.

Lisa joined The Cason Group in 2024. She is responsible for product consultation, enrollment, service and quoting of client-direct products.

Nichole, an Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She works with Sales Representatives and agents to ensure an efficient and accurate onboarding and contracting process.

Michaal joined The Cason Group in 2024. He processes individual medical applications, answers underwriting questions and provides status to advisors for both Over- and Under-65 products.
