Thomas, a Clemson University graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2024. He is responsible for individual medical marketing activities including direct contact via phone and in person, as well as product consultation, quoting, and enrollment of client-direct products.

Nichole, an Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She works with Sales Representatives and agents to ensure an efficient and accurate onboarding and contracting process.

Michaal joined The Cason Group in 2024. He processes individual medical applications, answers underwriting questions and provides status to advisors for both Over- and Under-65 products.

Jim, a graduate of State University of New York at Fredonia, joined The Cason Group in 2023. He works with advisors to obtain quotes, negotiate with carriers, and assist in selling and enrolling new medical groups.

Kyle, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2022. He is responsible for partnering with Account Executives and the sales team to support the continued growth and expansion of a territory, increasing sales, and growing revenue around ICHRA related business.

Susannah, a graduate of The Master’s University, joined The Cason Group in 2020. She is responsible for assisting and coordinating new agent onboarding, identifying process improvement opportunities in the onboarding process, and providing an excellent advisor experience.

Corey, a University of South Carolina graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2019. He work in coordination with the Sales Reps to gather quotes on all size groups and coordinate case set up with our broker and carrier partners.
