Caroline, a graduate of NC State University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves as the annuity expert to both internal and external constituents and collaborates with our Regional Consultants to illustrate and present the appropriate annuity solution based on our multi-carrier annuity platform and on the client’s needs.

Michael, a graduate of Trinity University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, Michael is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

Suzie, a graduate of Midlands Technical College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves brokers and group administrators through the set up and completion of open enrollment on our benefit administration platforms.

Rachel, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She conducts employee group benefit enrollments.

Unique, a graduate of Lander University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She provides administrative support to all departments through general clerical and receptionist duties.

Bailey joined The Cason Group in 2025. She is responsible for assuring completeness and accuracy of group applications and for submitting all necessary documents to insurance carrier underwriting for approval.

Benjamin, a Clemson University graduate, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He leads the sales efforts of The Cason Group’s Individual Medical division.
